Idea Experts spearheaded the strategic execution of the
Australian Salvation Army's RED-BAG-IT campaign that launched
in 2001. The initial launch of the RED-BAG-IT clothing
collection campaign took place in Melbourne with a nation wide
launch in Sydney scheduled for August 2003.
BLUE-BAG-IT is just part of a powerful national marketing
and promotion strategy coordinated by Idea Experts that includes
the redesign of Salvation Army Thrift Stores across Canada,
fundraising to secure corporate and media sponsorship for
local events and textile collection programs and instruction
of a national employee training team.

Stepney Street Designs has increased public awareness of
Barnardos Charity England as well as its network of retail

human resource and operational initiatives, coordinated events
and promotion of regional stores and helped increase sales
by 220 per cent in the first year alone.
